Cannot import mtextur to Vectorworks 2023

I am on a PC running Windows 11 and Vectorworks 2023. I cannot import mtextur into Vectorworks. I have tried to let Vectorworks through Firewall. Can someone help me?

I just tried it and it worked.  Are you going through File>Import>import mtextur… ?

 

I'm currently on a flight so there must be a firewall and a VPN.

 

For me it never opened a webpage.  Just the little download content browser.  I search for 69201 and hit the download button.  It never opened anything like your screen shot.  The texture just appeared in the RM.

@michaelk yes I used File > Import mtextur. I am at home using my home wifi. I am not sure what the problem is. It still does not work for me.
