vklimovs
Hi, I am a customer of an architect for a new design. The architect sent me a .vwx file of a site model and asked me to use the 2023 viewer. I have installed Vectorworks2023-SP0-668937-Viewer. The trees on the model are not displayed for me; instead, I see gray squares (see actual.png). Their view has 3D trees in it (see expected.png). What am I missing, and how do I make the trees display correctly? Quote Link to comment
Administrator JuanP Posted December 12, 2023 Administrator Share Posted December 12, 2023 @vklimovs , can you share the file for testing via DM? - thanks Quote Link to comment

Administrator JuanP Posted December 13, 2023 Administrator Share Posted December 13, 2023 @vklimovs I tested your file with the 2024 Viewer version of Vectorworks, and changing the scaling factor from .6 to 1 fixes the issue. There is an issue with image props and Renderworks. Our team is currently researching the problem; I'll keep you posted. 1 Quote Link to comment
vklimovs
This works for now; please keep me posted on the problem. Is there a way to change the scaling factor for all trees simultaneously? Quote Link to comment
