GardensofOmagh
Hi, It seems that the Australian plants available are quite limited - or am I simply looking in the wrong places? How do I get a wider range of Australian plants? 3D would be even better. Edit: Using Landmark. Edited November 30, 2023 by GardensofOmagh Extra info Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Peter Neufeld. Posted November 30, 2023 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted November 30, 2023 Hi Zoe, There are 2,784 plants in the Australia Plant Database. As well, click here for a catalogue of some of the Australian content and note these are hybrid so both 2D and 3D. This catalogue can also be accessed via the Resource Manager. GardensofOmagh
Hi Peter, Thanks for the response. I've looked at the databases you have suggested. I'm seeking Australian Native plants only. Not just general plants for use within Australia that may or may not be native. The Native plants available seem to only be the 'basics'. I'm looking for a database that reaches beyond Kangaroo Paws, Lomandra and Eucalypts! Given that there are thousands of Australian native plants, perhaps I'm asking too much? Thanks. Kevin K
@GardensofOmagh Can you be more specific about exactly what Aussie plants/trees you want ? Like a hot list? 🙂. I have some, and you can find more here, but you will need to buy them and then import them into VW. https://www.xfrog.com/product-page/library-oceania1 Quote Link to comment
