new railing-tool

afaik, the new railing tool only works with PIO stairs. Sometimes the stair-plugin isn't flexible enough, so I model stairs by myself, however I can't align the new railing to non PIO-stairs. that's a pity, what do you think?

We need some more info. Can you post some screenshots or a screen-recording demonstrating the problem? And/or the file?

not sure, but there seems to be a significant improvement from sp1 to sp2, could i be right?

No, I don't think so. I checked the notes and there's no mention of railing tool changes in Update 2.

sure I can tell you some ideas:

1) I actually am not able to join these both rails

2) it is not possible to extend the "diagonal" railing from the stair flight, in order to connect it to the horizontal one

ah, and a bit more precision in the 3d handling would be great, but, that sounds more like a very subjective feeling general VW issue to me, somehow
