How do I reinstall my Vectorworks 2020 with serial number purchased?

You are correct that you should not post your serial number.

 

You should be able to download and install VW2020 and if it is already installed you should not need to enter your serial number.

 

Or if you want to do a "clean" install, run the VW uninstaller in the Applications folder and delete your User Folder. Then when you reinstall it will ask for your serial number.

Or if you just need to change your serial number you can do that in Vectorworks Preferences.
