In VW2023 SP5, Windows 10. The problem with objects disappearing when in Group or Symbol edit mode has not been fixed. The problem is familiar: when editing groups or symbols, the objects vanish except in wireframe rendering or, usually, hidden line. Obviously, this slams the brakes on any future work in this file. Do NOT tell me to restart VW. Not only is that not a solution, but it is also a huge time waster. A restart may work, but the problem reappears quickly. I have to have to slog ahead in wireframe. Please do not ask me to share my file. I do not have the time to do that. Besides, this is a well-known problem that has persisted for quite a while. It is not a problem with my file.
Thank you for any help in this. I'd love to hear that a solution lies in SP6 or 7.
