Vectorworks Site Model from .dwg site survey

I am trying to generate a 3D site model from a .dwg site survey. The contours are floating in space and unconnected. Is there a way to flatten these contours to the working plane?

If you want to make a site model, the contours need to be "floating" as flattening them will strip the Z value.  Post your survey and I can take a look at it and give you some recommendations.
