Viewport cropping unintentionally

I'm trying to render using the cavalier and cabinet projections. The design itself is and imported .obj file and there is nothing else in the vw file. My viewports don't have a crop, but for some reason they crop unintentionally as in the screenshot. Any ideas why this behaviour?

 

Running VW 2021 SP5, updating soon to 2023 to see if that helps.

My understanding is that these projection types are only activated for Hidden line, dashed hidden line and polygon projections. try one of those and you should get what you are looking for.
