We've had to change our router recently which meant that the IP for the license server changed, so that now you cannot return the license and there is no way to edit the server location. We can't wait for the license timer to run out as we need the ability to swap PC's in the office.
- Is there any way to 'force' Vectorworks to return a license when the server cannot be found?
or
- Is there a way to change the IP address location of the server once you have borrowed a license?
NB we've attempted to uninstall and reinstall Vectorworks, this hasn't worked and made things worse, as now the workspace is stuck in 'Fundamentals' and we can't change it to anything else because we can't return the license! Crazy!
