old copies of Vectorworks

Hi.. I've been a user for ages, and I have a number of old installer disc sets.. is there anything that can be done with these:

donate, give away etc, that would adhere to the licensing agreements?

My understanding (not speaking for Vectorworks here) is that you can do anything you want with the disks, but you can't give away a license key to an old version if you have upgraded as you actually only have one license.

 

So if you come across someone who already has a key and just needs installer disks, you can give or sell them the disks.

If you come across someone who does not have a key, you can give or sell them the disks, but not the key, so they won't be very useful.
