working with consultants with VW and AutoCAD

I'm looking for a way to set up drawings where I'm working with different consultants.  I'm doing the building in VW and surveyor and landscaping is done in AutoCAD.

 

How do I set it up to where we are on the same origin, so when I make changes it is changed on the other two and reverse.

@SLDHi I used xrefs for the actual autocad file so i could move the xref viewport and as changes occurred in the CAD file i could just substitute it on the design layer. Don't move the original on the xref only move the viewport on your design layer .
