instrument summary problems

Hello I discover again the instrument summary and try to learn in depth 😉

 

I filter it by position here LX01 , but is a way to show that filter in the summary .

For now the only way I've found is to put the position name in title , but be careful for mistake ... 

Is it possible to put a dynamic text in the title who is the position name ?

 

 

An other problem is the position height , who is still 0 but rigging system are at 6 and 5 meters... (as you can see on the datatag )

 

 

an other problem is the weight of fixture who doesn't appear in summary

EDIT 

I found inconsistency between OIP and info in lighting symbol maintenance

 

If I edit the symbol and put the weight in  the light info record M 

It works

 

But is a way to view the unit ?

 

and why that inconsistency between infos ???

You can use a Data tag to display the position that the summary is set up to display, choose the active filter parameter of the Instrument summary object when you set up the tag. This can also be used as another route to change the filter setting as well!

 

As far as I can tell the position height and fixture weight options are broken, I'll get a bug report opened

Hello one other problem, If I use data vis for lighting , the instrument summary disappeared, It only stay 2 fixture ghost ... only cancel works ...

 

Will instrument summary still developed with the new graphic legend who can do the same with more control ?

Can you explain how ? i use datatag for truss but it dont work for IS , I would that the IS title is automaticly the position name, And I can't use a formule inside the title edit or I'm wrong ?

The easiest way is to select the instrument summary and then run the create data tag style command.
and in the dialogue choose the active filter parameter.
