How to put a curved pocket door in a curved wall

Hi, 

I am new Vectorworks and this forum, hopefully someone here can help me. I have a curved wall in my design and would like to insert a curved pocket door. I can see how to insert a straight pocket door but not a curved one. Is this something that I need to get a file from the company for to insert or can it be done generically in Vectorworks?

I think you'll need to create your own custom symbol. This video gives you some idea how to do it:

 

 

As the video shows it would be a case of creating your own 2D + 3D geometry plus a Wall Hole Component to clip the hole in the Wall, then either inserting it in the Wall as it is or inserting it as a WinDoor (or Door) object.

 

It wouldn't be a PIO: you'd have no parametric control over it.

 

It's quite a lot of work...
