Hi I have inserted a staircase and want to change the handrail and guards from being open and see through to being solid and wall-like. Is this possible? I have looked around but can't seem to find anything. Thank you very much T

Hi I have created some 3D objects here (from left to right a curved reception desk, a hanging panel, a central storage unit with column in the middle and cupboards and a plinth on the right. As you can see they are coming out black in section. I have tried changing the fill of the objects to white or none and and they still come out black. Can you tell me why please and what to do about it. Thank you very much T

Hi, I have created this curved 3D object using the deform tool. I want to smooth the curves and have tried all the poly smoothing options but none seem to make a difference. Please could someone tell me why and what I should do to resolve. Thank you very much T

Sorry Tom, I have detached it from the wall and want to rotate it by 90 deg so that it is vertical. When I try and rotate or flip it it does it in the wrong plane. How do I get it to stay in the vertical plane and just go through 90 deg?

Hi Tom, thank you, really sorry I am having problems finding where to edit the symbol options 🤦‍♀️. I have selected the mirror object on the wall, then gone to RM, I can't seem to right click anywhere to get the symbol options box to come up. What am I doing wrong? Thank you T

Hi I am new to VW and hoping someone can help. I have a building where the exterior walls are on design layer 1. I have inserted a first floor and want to put internal walls on that first floor that join the exterior wall. I have called the first floor design layer 2. I can't seem to join the first floor walls to the exterior walls even if I move them to design layer 1. Please could someone advise. Part of the problem may be that I have the external walls on design layer 1. They are not active when I go to design layer 2. Is there a way to assign them to both layers? Thank you very much Tania

Hi I want to create a twin bedroom with 2 beds, 1 chest of drawers and 1 side table. I can see that I can select a twin bedroom furniture set but then can't remove the 'wall' around them. How do I do that please? Or is there a better way to do this? Thank you very much T
