Hunter B
Ok... here's a weird one. I can render ONCE, just once... and it works great.... but, when I have to change something the next time I re-render anything I get a C++ run Time error crash. Does ANYBODY have a clue as to how the solve this one???? Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee Dave Donley Posted September 22, 2004 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 22, 2004 Hello HunterB: You will need to call tech support, and maybe send them the file. I don't recognize this as a well-known problem. How much free disk space do you have? It sounds almost like an out of memory problem. How big is this file? Can you monitor the memory use during this rendering (like with Task Manager)? Quote Link to comment
Hunter B
Thanks Dave, It seems to be the file.. everything else I've done works just fine. Thanks anyway! Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Dave Donley Posted September 22, 2004 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted September 22, 2004 Hello again HunterB: If you can compress this to a reasonable size, email it to me at dave@nemetschek.net and I'll look into it. Or we can give you an ftp site address you can send it to. You might also try isolating it further by rendering with Custom RW. Things to try would be to render with the settings cranked up somewhat, then unchecking NURBS, and then maybe Textures, and also Anti-aliasing. Quote Link to comment
