Help with publishing

I have a file that, when I publish a sheet view, it prints based on the screen view even, even if I am viewing a design layer. Is this a setting issue or is my file corrupt?

Other than going over your print settings with a fine tooth comb I can offer nothing. In print dialog is 'Print Range Current View' selected?
