Saved View, Site Model status
Benson Shaw posted a question in Wishlist - Feature and Content Requests
I tried to make 2 saved views, one showing DTM exist, another showing DTM as proposed. I don't think this is possible, because update needed. But would be nice time saver, for instance comparing effects of site modifiers to existing. -B- 1 reply

Hello, When using a multiple view pane configuration, is there a way for a saved view to record the state of all of the open panes? I can only get saved views to work with one pane. Thanks! Nick

Add filter recall to saved views
Bill_Rios posted a question in Wishlist - Feature and Content Requests
I would like to see filters added to the list of things saved views recall. I would also like to be able to change filters and have them update saved views with the redefine function. I attended the Project Sharing Webinar by @Peter Pihlbladand he also mentioned he would like to see this feature request. Thank you! Bill Rios -
Saved view pull down menu does not indicate which saved view is activated. Wish is for a check mark, radio button, highlighted name or other indicator in the list when a saved view is active. Could also appear as text in the floating data bar, hot corner, OIP, Vis palette, or elsewhere. A secondary wish is for a different mark to indicate most recently active saved view if view has changed since most recent saved view activation. Eg a grayed radio button or italicized name or? In general terms wish is for visual notifier in menu or elsewhere if one is changing among similar views or editing the list to establish logical names or establish a new ordering in the list, or presenting by saved view plus subsequent view change via mouse zoom, pan, flyover, etc. -B

I'd love to be able to change the Render Mode for a Saved View from the Edit Saved View pane. This would enable changing the Render Mode for multiple Saved Views at once from the Organization Pane by selecting all views you wish to change and clicking "Edit", just like visible layers and classes can currently be changed. I know that I can edit the Render Mode of a Saved View by right clicking on the View in the Navigation Pane, but to edit multiple views, this requires manually changing the render mode and then Redefining for every view. As we can sometimes have dozens of views set up for walkthroughs of a space, this is a very time consuming process.
