unable to see all layers at once

I have clicked every visible layer option I can find but I still can't see 2 layers at once. some folks were talking about changing it in the unified view (which I cannot even find!). these layers are different scales. I read somewhere that could be causing the problem.

In VW2022 Unified View is turned on by default and intended to be left on all the time.

 

The factory preferred workflow is to create sheets showing information from layers with different scales as separate viewports on a sheet layer.

 

If you want to go back to something similar to VW2021, Screen Plane objects and the ability to turn off Unified View have been moved to Legacy 2D functions and can be activated from the Document preferences.
