I have clicked every visible layer option I can find but I still can't see 2 layers at once. some folks were talking about changing it in the unified view (which I cannot even find!). these layers are different scales. I read somewhere that could be causing the problem.

I cannot even find the unified view options under view! i just want to see all the layers at once, they are different scales. please help!
