Facing a problem to extend the licence of Vectorworks software

I have the same problem of reactivating the software. I uploaded my enrollment certification on my online account and requested an extension. I received a new serial number but unfortunately, it does not work. The programme worked with me for a year, however now, whenever I launch Vectorworks it asks me to activate and then says 'Vectorworks cannot be activated because your software license has expired.' The program then closes. Thanks for your help and support.
