I have the same problem of reactivating the software. I uploaded my enrollment certification on my online account and requested an extension. I received a new serial number but unfortunately, it does not work. The programme worked with me for a year, however now, whenever I launch Vectorworks it asks me to activate and then says 'Vectorworks cannot be activated because your software license has expired .' The program then closes. Thanks for your help and support.
