Could someone take a look at this site model?

No matter what I do - contour, pad, 3d-poly or grade tool - I can't get the model to make a flat grade at 187'

 

 

Every time it makes a bulge.

or two bulges.

or even 5 when I had a connected grades!

 

I want the red line, I get the yellow highlighter: 

 

I just need a flat grade under the house and yard at 187'

 

Attached a clean file 2021 with no other geometry or layers in case anyone has any time to look.

Can save a 2020 if anyone would like that version.

Hey @hollister design Studio,

Looks like you have a tiny 3D poly floating. I deleted it and all is good.
