hong
Does anybody know a good way to draw spray applied fire resistant material around structural elements like beam, column, joist etc? I was using bubble clouds but it is clumsy because clouds are meant to be drawn by free hand tool and has to be a closed element. Quote Link to comment
Kevin
You might try the batt insulation tool. You can manipulate the number of folds and the thickness. I assume you are speaking strickly of 2d and not 3d. Quote Link to comment
acepernich
Well, if the edge of the insulation deosn't need to be shown all bumpy, select the struc. section to be sprayed and use the offset tool w/ the thickness of insul. req. Fill or hatch and edit the resulting polygon as desired. Quote Link to comment
