Recently, within the past two weeks, I created a student account on Vectorworks and downloaded the 2020 student educational version. However, I have been unable to launch the program. When I click on the icon, or right click and choose run as administrator, the computer will prompt me with a message asking if I want VectorWorks2020.exe to make changes to my computer. I click yes, and then nothing happens. Same thing if I click no. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Vectorworks three times now with no change in outcome. I am using a PC, specifically a surface pro 7 running Windows 10 with a 64-bit operating system. Any ideas of issues?
