Adjusting scale from a saved file

Hello out there,

 

I work in the theatre realm and have a Vectorworks file with several layers that I have received from a designer. I am trying to get some measurements, but the scale is off... by a lot. And I seem to unable to change to match what is scale for the drafts themselves. Layer scales says 1:1.

 

Can this be done? Or is this something I have to recreate with a new file?

Hi @Ziggy,

Please try the scale objects command which can be located in Modify > Scale Objects.

Thanks for the information @Adam Robinson,

 

But it seems to handle solid items in the draft and not the over all dominions. But, I could just be an idiot, and am not fully grasping at what is being told to me (very likely).

 

This is what I see: I have a table top that is drawn to be 6'-6 11/16" long on the drawing, but if I take the measurement, it comes out to 3 1/4" long. Definitely throws off additional information I am trying to pull, haha.

 

Does this make sense, and can I get everything on the same scale?
