Pamela
I am starting to grasp the concepts of VW. I am trying to build a new DTM based on 'points' as well as 3d lines or polylines. In ACAD I could set a point with a given elevation, I have figured out how to set 3d loci to use in the new DTM creation. Question is this, I need to indicate the spot location and elevation on the printed plans, (loci are no-plot objects if I understand correctly) Do I have any other options besides using a 2d sysmbol and then labeling it through the text command? ACAD had things call attributed blocks hence I could create a symbol and give it an attribute which I could then edit easily while in the drawing. To the best of my knowledge VW will allow you to edit a symbol but it just seems so cumbersome to go through the edit symbol process for every spot elevation I place. Any help is always appreciated.
