Vectorworks doesn't open

Hi, I have a problem opening my Vectorworks( 2018 student version) my licence expired on 26-04-2019. I have requested for an extension and re-downloaded the 2018 version. but it doesn't open.  Below I attached screen shots of the problem. How can this be fixed?

You Tried press "Try Again" button?

 

If your student license it's approved (it's activate), I think that it's some problem with your internet connection (Firewall Blocking the communication to Vectorworks Activation Server).
