Dual monitor with different scaling, tool cursor image huge

System information:

 

Operating system: Windows 10 (version 1803)

Dual monitor setup

One monitor is a 4K screen (3840 x 2160) set to 250% scaling

The other monitor is (1920 x 1080) set to 100% scaling

 

When I'm in the drawing workspace  for Vectorworks in the FHD monitor, cursor size is massive (as seen in image 311). image 317 is the proper size the cursor should be. Anyone know how to fix it?

Unfortunately, Vectorworks has no provisions yet for handling differing DPIs across multiple displays and can't manually control cursor scaling separately.
