Title blocks not editable in files converted from v2018 to v2017

I created a series of drawings with title blocks using Vectorworks 2018 but they need to be compatible with v2017. I converted the files using file>export and while they open in v2017,  the fields in the title blocks are no longer editable. I have no issues editing the title blocks in the 2018 version of the files, only when converted to v2017.

 

Does anyone know how to make the title blocks work properly when converted from v2018 to v2017?

I do not believe this will be possible. The Title Block object used in 2017 was retired and replaced, 2017 does not have the needed plugins to understand one from 2018. Most likely you would have to ungroup the title blocks and use them as simple polygonal geometry/text if you're going backwards.
