Expired licence

Hi!

I have been using Student version of Vectorworks 2018 and now my licence has expired. I have requested an extension and not sure if I have been granted one or not.  My account status is active (not sure what it means), and I can't see any other information on it. I need it pretty urgently and not sure what to do.

I attempted to look up your account by the email you registered on the forums with, but it only came up with an account used last in 2015 for Vectorworks 2014. If you used a different email to create this new student account, please message me with it and I can look you up via that instead and approve your extension request.
