problems with the drawing área

Hello everybody... I am from Bolivia. I am new on vectorworks. I just got version 14.

I am having trouble with the visualization of the drawing area. For a few day was it was working well, and later this area could not be seen. But in the objet info pallet, the name of the object appears, but I can no see it. Seconds later the whole drawing area is paintad in black.

I would appreciate your help.

It's been serveral weeks that I was trying to solve this problem and I could not.... I need help.
