My licence expired without any warning. Now cannot access the program at all. Booked time off work especially to study. Must have made 15 different attempts to contact someone for help. Every link online fails. Every email address is duff and comes back failed. No option for live chat. Account pages take me round and round in circles. Exertis are all out of office or broken email addresses.
Just want to get some work done. Feel like crying.
