Viper x
I am following the process step by step as specified on page 5-24 but when the plant list appears on the sheet no plant info is included. The drawing has plants placed they have profiles attached and symbols and I have made sure the ON PLANT LIST checkbox ticked for each plant in the plant catalog. What am I doing wrong please ? Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted December 8, 2002 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted December 8, 2002 When you create the Plant Definition while editing the Plant Catalog, be sure you click the 'Plant Data' button. This brings up the Plant Reference Database and associates plant data with a Plant Defintion. HTH. Robert Quote Link to comment
Viper x
I still can't get this to work maybe it is to do with how I can't retain new entries in the plant reference data base as well. Could you explain the steps in more detail please. I am following as specified on page 5-24 but I only get the box up with no data. Thanks Viper x Quote Link to comment

Viper x
I have had a tip from Julian at OZCAD in Sydney, he suggests a "recalculation" of the worksheet will fix it and it did. A note on page 5-24 of the manual mentioning " recalculation" would be a good improvement. Thanks for the reply Richard Quote Link to comment
