Mickey
Is there any kind of feature buried in VW that will do an automatice date and time stamp? Maybe a vector script? Thanks -Mickey Quote Link to comment
Guest
There is a date stamp tool in drawing graphics.mcd library file. This will not automatically update each time the file is saved or the name is changed. You will need to "re-stamp" the document to get the new file name/date, etc. Quote Link to comment

You can simply uncheck and re-check any checkbox for example, and the new time or date (or filename) will appear in the existing stamp. This could be detrimental however, if you do not want a stamp to be updated. Perhaps a switch could be added to the object info for the stamp, such that the user could either allow or disallow the stamp to be updated when changes are made. Regards, Peter Quote Link to comment
