When I got a new computer the IT guy installed all the VW software we had including Renderworks. We only have on Liscense for RW and the 3D guy uses it. But everytime I launch the program I get the stupid pop up that says all my renderworks liscenses are in use. Ack! Help -Mickey Quote Link to comment
Guest Posted October 17, 2003 Share Posted October 17, 2003 If you are on VW 10, the only way to remove renderworks would be to remove the RW library in the VW folder. Although, you may still have a problem with the serial number. The serial number controlls what gets installed. If the serial number is programmed for RW, then it will install RW. If you have VW 9 - install VW with only the foundation serial number. Don't use the RW serial number. You'll need to first clear out the registry (if you are on Windows) for all VW references or you'll need to delete all VW 9 pref files and empty the trash.
