Where to roof faces (of differing pitches intersect)

ie. front to back 8/12 pitch; side to side 12/12 pitch:

It would be nice to have a way to see (in plan view) what angle is (the intersecting of these different roof pitches)....so that I could trim the roof faces to fit each other more quickly.

OR BETTER YET....to be able to select two roof faces (after drawing them to overlap in plan view)....to be able to clip them based on the intersecting angle.

The Connect Combine Tool will connect Roof Faces. Sometimes it's a little weird. Make sure the correct mode is selected and try it.

With Connect Combine, try to click on the very edges of the Roof Face objects that you'll be joining, that tends to help (even if the highlighting doesn't change to reflect that the area you click on matters).
