ray isaacs
after updating to yosemite, i did a clean install as suggested on this forum. after installation i was not able to download the included libraries. tried several times and the download simply didn't work. looking on the vw web site, i can't find access to those libraries. can someone tell me where to find them? cheers, ray Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee PVA - Admin Posted October 31, 2014 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted October 31, 2014 The VPM is not working well with Yosemite before SP1 here, but in testing after adding SP1 it seems to work fine. The best workaround seems to be to click one of the individual libraries first, then the rest will download, but for some users on 10.10 it isnt possible to scroll down in the list until they install SP1. However if that still fails, for you or anyone else reading this, send me an email at Tech@vectorworks.net with the last 6 of your serial number and I can get you a download link. mac@stairworks
I think if you go to the Help menu > download content it will take you there I could be wrong but it's worth a try Quote Link to comment
