If so, you will need to remove the broken installation: http://kbase.vectorworks.net/questions/1105/Uninstalling+Vectorworks Then reinstall with your current serial number. Make sure to patch to the latest available service pack immediately after installing, before you open Vectorworks for the first time: http://www.vectorworks.net/support/downloads/product-updates/ Quote Link to comment

Sorry for the inconvenience but you should contact your distributor directly for a localized version download link. I don't want to give you the wrong one inadvertently. I have seen Renderworks flat out vanish from some user's machines. I have never been able to reproduce the issue on either their or my end after it occurs. I do not know the cause, but the only solution has been a reinstall. I have not had the issue recur for anyone, which is both good and bad, since it saves them another uninstall/reinstall but doesn't allow us to find the cause. Quote Link to comment
