willofmaine
Is there any way to convert ALL of the line weights in a particular document from one set of weights to another? For example, to change all of the .13 lines to .18 lines, all of the .35 lines to .50 lines, etc.? Tools > Custom Modification doesn't seem to touch symbols. Advanced Viewport Properties only works on objects in Design Layers. Thanks, Will Quote Link to comment
VincentCuclair
Yes, if all objects are set to use class settings just select those classes and change the line thickness there. If that's not the case or if that's not what you want, use the 'magic wand' tool (can't remeber its name but it's in the basics palette) and set it to select only objects with a certain line weight and then change the selected objects line weight in the attributes palette. willofmaine
Thanks! But, yes, I meant line weights themselves, that aren't controlled by classes. I don't think the magic wand will grab line weights that are within symbols, groups or even that are on other design layers and/or in invisible classes. I'm talking file-wide... Thanks!
