Eyedropper Tool & Line Markers

Recommended Posts

I used to be able to easily transfer the class, marker style, and marker visibility of one arc to another using the eyedropper tool, but now it doesn't seem to work. Maybe there's some combination of settings I'm missing?

With the attributes palette and classes all set to "Use Class Attributes at Creation," the following seems to happen:

If in the eyedropper settings I just use "Class," the target arc goes to the correct class, but I still have to turn on the marker in the attributes palette.

If in settings I use class and marker, the target arc goes to the correct class and gets a marker, but it loses the marker's "by class" attributes so that the marker is just a generic arrow.

Adding more parameters to the settings doesn't help.

Thanks, Will
