Working on a large property placing some trees with the following setting: mass planting one outline All was going well until I reached the second half of the property and the same plant started producing and x within the mass planting. So I played around with it and discovered that when the effected plants have one or more outlines they produce this, when I remove the outline they act fine but don't have an outline. So at least half of the same symbol are fine with one outline, I then used the eye dropper to copy the symbol and the same thing occurred. I eventually copy pasted a group and reshaped it.
