willofmaine Posted July 9, 2014 Share Posted July 9, 2014 I've imported a large project from VW 12.5 into VW 2014 (I like big leaps...). Surprisingly few failed solids, but, when I update (sheet layer) section viewports, they become blank (with the exception of a heavy horizontal line (or lines - maybe the section lying flat?...)). Any thoughts? It seems I can create new sections without a problem, but having to replace all the existing SLVPs (used for interiors and details as well as building sections) would be far from ideal... Thanks! willofmaine Posted July 9, 2014 Author Share Posted July 9, 2014 Converting the file first to VW 2008, then to 2014, did the trick. Not only were viewport overrides preserved (they were lost going directly to 2014) but the section viewports were actually more successful than when updated in VW 2008 (no missing or excessive cut plane geometry).
