JoshW
Does anybody make 3D native vectorworks content or do you have to download it all as either a 3D .dwg or sketch up file and then import/convert it? Quote Link to comment
Dieter @ DWorks
Mostly, I make all of my symbols: I start from existing ones I import and then simplify them, as most of the time, there is no need for so much detail, which speedens up working with the file and rendering. Also, I got better hidden line renderings, as when you keep this in mind, you can simplify the objects in such a way you get lines where you want them. Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Service Select has a lot of 3D content available. You need to be a member to access it. You can find a list of other content in the Community section: http://www.vectorworks.net/community/content-libraries.php There is some 3D content at Vector Depot http://www.vectordepot.com If you have Vw Architect you can also import DWG, 3DS and Sketchup content.
