Demolition phase

I know there are many other more important issues to solve, however just to make sure NVs are prepared, Demolition Phase functionality is already basically in place for the competition, and would be greatly appreciated by us VWXs users as well in the near future......apart from WinDoor (which is a 3rd party plug-in), I am not aware of any Demolition related functionality in VWs.......

the Vectorworks door and window objects need to have the demolition option like win door has. This allows you to select the window and say that it's demolished, or to replace the demolished window with an infill wall.

Another issue that requires such functionality is in relation to Standard Naming, say I need to place certain columns in a demolition class, this won't work as long as Standard naming is active, same goes for several other PIOs.

Either create this functionality in the PIOs or change the way standard naming functions in this regard, at the very least add a button for toggling standard naming on/off on the Quick Preferences Bar.
