Space Tool: needs to understand difference between int. and ext. walls

We'd like the Space tool to be more intelligent with regard to understanding types of walls to auto-bind to.

For example we'd like to place a space that auto-binds to the boundary walls of a flat (external and party walls) and then place additional spaces that auto-bind to each room.

You can't have this behaviour in VW at the moment (v2012) because it simply auto-binds to the closest walls surrounding the space, no matter what type they are and whether they're visible or not.

Perhaps this could be solved by having the ability to define types of walls in the Wall Style (e.g. internal partitions, external walls, party walls, etc.) and then the ability in the Space tool to tell it to auto-bind only to certain types of walls.

Edit: while you're at it, perhaps you could work out how to make the auto-binding follow the recess of any doors or full-height windows.

As of v2013 you can now bind spaces to (any arbitrary set of) walls.
