I would first of all like to have everything on the navigation pallete be able to be "torn out," like one can do in Photoshop. That way I can see Classes and Layers concurrently.
I would like also to have some sort of highlighting mechanism for these palettes:
If I select a layer in the layers palette, I would like the classes that are on that layer to highlight, and vice versa.
If I force select an object, I would like the option for the layers and class of that object to be changed to that selection's layer and class.
