Align tool on rotated plan

I've noticed when I have a rotated plan and use the align tool, objects are aligned not in the orientation of the screen, but in reference to the unrotated drawing. Anyone know how to rotate the drawing to 45deg and align objects as they appear on the screen?

I drew four rectangles in a Rotated View and Align Bottom worked but Align Top went to bottom - I think - not at my drawing puter now - anyone else tried it - I think it is a bug and needs to be bug submitted
