Is it worth it? Well, what it will give you over and above the tools within Architect is the ability to do detailed planting plans, both showing individual plants and showing mixed planting areas with the Place Plant tool and the Landscape Area tools. You'll also get the Hardscape tool which will enable you to draw paved areas and get easy quantity takeoff from them. Plus you'll get libraries of landscape stuff. You already have the site modelling tools built in to architect, but you will get a few extras like the Create Retaining Wall Site Modifier. Let me know if you have any further questions.
