John Windswept Design
I want to make a movie that rotates around my building or orbital point. My building sits right on 0 y and 0 x. Even the red, green and blue lines seem to be located in the right spot. But the movie rotate around another point and I can see a blue grid at the point. Help! john t Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Check that you don't have an active Working Plane. If you have use the View Bar pop up to set the Layer Plane as active. Then make sure you have the Animation Option of Rotate about the centre of: Active Layer plane selected. Quote Link to comment
John Windswept Design
I've attached a screen shot. I'm working in layer plane and the animation option is set correctly. I still can't get the movie to work properly. It is centring at the blue grid jt Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
Place a locus at 0,0 and use the selected object option. Quote Link to comment
mike m oz
John, I've just had another look at your image and from the Rulers it appears as if your 2D origin is set at the point where the visual X,Y and Z axes are showing. Quote Link to comment
John Windswept Design
hmm so it is still not working. Maybe I'll just start a new drawing and import this file. might fix it Quote Link to comment
