Atchison
How do I set the page that I see when I start Vectorworks? Quote Link to comment
Ray Libby
What do you mean by "set". Could you explain in more detail? Quote Link to comment
Atchison
Sorry for lack of detail - obviously just geeting started with VW. When I start Vectorworks I would like to have a specific file open e.g. the last file I had been working on; or perhaps a file with specific settings - A3 page setup, grid turned off; or can I have it open with a template file? Rossford
When it opens you will see under file-open an option for new or recent drawings. Pick recent and you get a drop down menu. You can also open from your (I am in Windows) files on computer (or server). If you want a specific set up, you can make it and then click File-Save as Template to create a blank drawing with all the settings you want. That can be saved in a VW templates file on your C drive, or can be saved actually anywhere you want on your computer. I hope that is what you are asking. Quote Link to comment
